These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sparks mobile application ("App") provided by Sparks App by Ali Dadashi ("Sparks", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Service overview

Sparks is a motivational fitness application that enables users to participate in walking or running challenges and earn in-app rewards called Sparks Points.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

You create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Apple Health data

When you grant permission, Sparks reads step data from Apple Health to measure activity during challenges. This data is used only to calculate progress and is not shared or sold.

5. Sparks Points

Sparks Points are virtual credits used within the App to represent progress and achievements. They do not represent cash and have no monetary value outside the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to manipulate activity data, falsify results, or use the App in a way that harms other users or the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content and software in the App are owned by Sparks App by Ali Dadashi. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Account deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email [email protected]. After verification we will delete or anonymize data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Sparks is not a medical service. Consult a healthcare professional before starting new physical activities. The App is provided "as is" and use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sparks App by Ali Dadashi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the European Union. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain in force.
